OneDrive Chat Support
We would like to have an online chat support for OneDrive
My OneDrive account had been locked for a week, sharing the data to another account which owned by me also.
I have completed the form for Microsoft services account reset but I did not receive any responses after many days.
The ticket ID is 1480119327
Please help to review as my account contain many important data and need to be accessed.
the document folder that opens when I use facebook is not the OneDrive where all files are stored. How do I fix this?

hi, i am facing problem with onedrive sign in, earlier i had applied for 2 steps verification, now i am receiving code to my mobile only and not receiving code to registered email. pls help

• Tried to save the files as a copy > choose the same location in OneDrive > select the same file > choose ‘Replace’ > same error message
• Saved the file in OneDrive with a new file name
• Click OneDrive icon on the ribbon > shows ‘OneDrive is updating files’
• Logged in to OneDrive online > files are already uploaded
• Tried to edit the file > not syncing again to OneDrive
• Unlink account > then sign back in > takes time to sync all files
• Edit a file in OneDrive > not syncing again in Onedrive online
• Tried on a different computer: Mac OS x 10.11
• Unable to install OneDrive app > needs to be 10.12 and above

Okay, it started working, but still isn't downloading properly, but at least I am able to retrieve and open files.

A virus has gotten into my one drive account. I have my desktop getting serviced. I have been using my laptop, but now I am being attacked through One Drive on this as well. What can I do? How do I get help. It is stopping me from opening any word documents or files in one drive or Microsoft. It just keeps showing that it is thinking and says not responding. This is what happened on my other computer before it completely crashed.

I had a word document on one drive and the autosave was not on and would not turn on. I was hitting control s to save the work. I closed the document then re-opened it thinking it would reload with autosave on but the document it found was from a few days ago and I can't see a version with the last few days work. Is there anyway this would have been saved somewhere, somehow??
I have one drive popping up and logging me off of my laptop all day and I cannot use it or do anything due to being logged off before I can fix anything !

HELP! I have spent 0ver 8 hours with Windows support and then with 365 support then tier two support only to now be told i have to go this this chat page to see if you can help. I am very frustrated and tired of being push from one dept to the other only to be told they don't know. i hate typing and have limited ablility to type so this is not my preferred method of suport but have been told you have no phone number. I don't believe it but..
I have notes from the last year on one noted but when I was prompted to renew this week I did so only to loose all my notes and be told sorry but nothing they could do. I had to figure out a way to recover them on my own but i now have them back. I called 365 to make sure they are sync'd before loading the new 365 and was told they could not get them to back or sync. they have removed and reinstalled one drive and still nothing is working. They have said i have to now chat with you because they don't support it in their department!?
syncing in not happening on new computer
F Onedrive, I like the overall windows 10 but OneDrive has done nothing except ***** my butt over. I am sick of this piece of Sh_T! I've lost more stuff from this amazing piece of software than I care to even talk about. Fix this f'er!
I have windows 8.1 unfortunately.and my one drive will not connect because there is a file that has along name. I deleted the file and still have the same problem. Why would the whole sync stop because of one file
I have 174 GB(Upload from different location) over one drive and linked folder(Local PC) having same data with 225GB.
What is scenario while i have sysc it by one drive apps.
It is 225 over one drive or 174 over local PC

Onedrive is loading previous data
Hi, I'm Bill Becker from Tucson. You recommend when transfering lots of files to onedrive
use the One Drive Desktop App rather than the upload button on the Website.
I'm not sure how to do that. What is the difference between The Onedrive desktop App and the
Onedrive Website. You also suggest using File Explorer. Does that really upload the files to Onedrive? It took me eight hours last night to up load 200 Photos to Onedrive.

after install the latest version of Windows 10 I find that I can not access OneDrive via File Explorer. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled. However, I can not get access via the start menu. this is very cumbersome. Also, the OneDrive icon is unavailable on the desktop or bottom right icon area.
