Store Microsoft Groove Android app offline music in a SD memory card
Currently, Microsoft Groove Android app can store offline music only inside phone's internal memory. It would be great if we had an option to store it in a SD card memory, as we can in Windows Phone's app.
Thanks for the suggestion but you’ll need to connect with the Groove team on this. Thanks!
Come on Microsoft. I have reluctantly moved from Lumia 950 to Android and want to use as many of your products as possible. Please, please, please update Groove so we can store our music on the SD card. Can't be rocket science.

I am in the same boat. I have, with great reluctance given up WP and my Lumia 950 XL for Android. Already hating the switch, and reminds me why I moved to WO to begin with. I am heavily invested in the MS ecosystem. I have a microSD card with 40 GB music. I had assumed that I could install in Androidphone and play offline from there.
as per previous comments, please fix. Groove is really good app and one I use in offline mode most of the time.
I am looking to move from WP to Android and this is a big issue. Groove access to all my music on OneDrive works so well on SP and Xbox, phone is a necessity.
@Douglas Pearce. Is it possible for you to talk with your counter-part, who is the Group Program Manager for Groove at Microsoft. After spending 10s of thousands of dollars on Microsoft products and software, I was hoping for a better reply than this. I realize you're a busy man, but if you could your way to passing this on for us, it would be greatly appreciated...just an email to him or her with a link to this page would be sufficient. Thanks for any assistance you could provide us.

@Douglas Pearce. In my Opinion this belongs very much here. Before OneDrive does not allow storage on SD Card, Groove has no chance accessing it there!

Yea, ANY plans on this? Pretty sad it isn't already implemented with the option to use the SD for storage...
I have office 365, One Drive, Xbox One..and Groove..
When Microsoft will realise It needs this feature once Windows Phone is gone...
Exactly! Everyone knows why it is convenient to have a reasonably sized portion of your music library/playlists stored on your device, so it is really weird that Groove does not allow to use SD storage! Especially since on Windows 10 Phones this is perfectly doable!
I also agree! This is acutally the reason why I switched to Google Music although U would prefer Groove. :-/
I really like Groove - it looks awesome and works great together with OneDrive. But I'm afraid it's useless for me on my android device without the option to download music to the SD-Card. Are you planning on implementing that feature? Thank you so much for your work!
I agree! This is important. My phone is almost full of space, only because I downloaded few albums offline from my Onedrive. I am able to move other apps to SD card, but not Groove Music.
