Seamless sync between Onedrive for Business and Onedrive personal
Please enable folders created in Onedrive for Business to be shared with Onedrive Personal users. Use case: we have external freelancers without O365 licences, we want to ensure the files they work on for us are synced with our business folders in case of data loss but also for ease of sharing.
It should be a simple case of selecting a user from address book or by entering their email address, when they accept the share - files sync both ways.
Dropbox does it but we want to make full use of O365 and not pay twice for dropbox.
We do have exactly the same problem. I'm working for a religious organisation and we have a lot of volunteer without O365 licences.
We need to work with Dropbox to have the folders synchronised... Sad
