"hide dock icon" is not working
Hi, in the Mac version 17.3.6783 (0125), the dock icon stays open even though you select "hide dock icon" in the OneDrive preferences.

Hi there,
I had same issue and support replied with the following that worked for me...
Please try to reset your OneDrive with steps below:
1 > Find OneDrive in your Applications folder.
2 > Right-click OneDrive and select Show Package Contents.
3 > Browse to the Contents > Resources folder.
4 > Double-click ResetOneDriveApp.command (or ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command, if you're using the standalone app).
5 > Start OneDrive and finish the setup process.Hope this helps.

I agree. We are running version 17.3.6945 (0724) and even though the preference is set on multiple Macbook Pros, when OneDrive syncs the icon appears very briefly in the righthand side of the Dock which is visually very irritating. How to avoid this?
