improve the display of Admin center's service health report.
I am aware that in case I am navigated to the [Move to v2 service health page] at the upper right of a screen, I sometimes check the display showing that a service is unhealthy even if the Admin center's [Health]-[Service health] shows that a service is healthy.
This behavior confuses me because it is hard to follow the instructions to confirm the service details. I hope that I will be able to check whether a service is healthy at the initial stage of access. I also wish the displayed dates to be organized because depending on a service of category, the current screen doesn't sort the date out from the earliest date to latest date, and therefore I would say that there is no sense of integrity on the screen of service health.
