I suggest you ...

Allow uploads greater than 15GB

If the user has the capacity, uploads shouldn’t be limited to 15 GB. I can’t store a backup on OneDrive because it’s 20 GB. Google drive doesn’t have that problem; iCloud has a 50 GB limit.

    The users I migrate can often have more than 15gb to move so this restriction has caused me problems multiple times

    This would be very helpful and is required if we are to use solely One Drive for all of our files.

    I also can't use OneDrive for backups or large media uploads, so this would be great to have this restriction lifted.

    This would be a welcomed move, especially migrating form Google Drive to OneDrive for 1000's of users
