Share OneDrive space with family
My OneDrive has 220GB. I want to share these space with my wife to let her upload photos for us. I have created a folder, shared to her and given her full access but when she tries to upload files to it it say her OneDrive is full.
Apparently she has used up her free 5GB.
Well that’s fine but I’m paying for over 200GB.
Why can’t you allow me to share my space with my wife?
I have talked to one of your representatives and I was told the only way to share space with someone is to buy office 365 home and share with up to 4 people.
I think that’s nonsense!
To me Office is Office and OneDrive is OneDrive.
They are separate products though they might be in the same group in your company structure.
I don’t care.
I paid for Office and OneDrive separately.
I am just trying to use OneDrive in a very intuitive way- share folders with my wife but you are telling me I have to buy Office 365 Home again?(which I don’t need because I already bought Office!)
Sharing space I paid for with my family is such a natural use case scenario.
Why don’t you allow it???
May be no one in Microsoft has a family so they didn’t think about this :)
Why can’t you allow me to acces to my account temparaly becouse iwan't downlord my baby photos .
