Fix the audio skipping glitch on the OneDrive video player.
Hi, I'm a lyric video artist. I send a couple of videos a day to different clients all over the world.
I host all my work on OneDrive, and at least half of my clients report a glitch in the audio when they try to first play the video. I always instruct them to download the file and play it locally to see that the glitch isn't in the video itself.
I already did the screen recording to show OneDrive support where it happens a few times, they said their engineers were looking at it, but that was months ago and the issue still persists.
My clients are from different parts of the world, using different browsers, apps, on different devices, but they all say the same thing, a weird audio skip/glitch within the first 20 seconds of their video.
If it helps, I use mp4 format, with h264 codec. If there's any more information I can provide, please let me know.
This glitch on OneDrive is making my work look unprofessional and I really don't want to look for solutions elsewhere. I have collected several screenshots from my clients emails explaining the issue to me, I'd be happy to forward them to an email or private upload so as to protect their privacy.

After two years and this problem still exists. I experience the same and I found out that this is a common issue. Hope that OneDrive fix this.

I have exactly the same issue, at 19 seconds and also at 4 seconds. Basically, Onedrive turns every video I post into an amateur mess.
I tried reloading the video several times......no luck, and it plays perfectly off Onedrive.
There seems to be no responses here.........

Also experiencing the same glitch at the same point. I've no new clues to add.
I'm trying to share a video with schools and music teachers - makes me look amateurish. -

I observed identical issue - OneDrive player skips short video/audio part @ 19-20 second of the uploaded file. The same file plays correctly when downloaded from OneDrive and played locally.
