make onedrive more reliable
the sync client has to be more reliable. we have users with 500+ GB in the cloud and they keep losing folders locally - they just disappear, or single folders will quit syncing or their entire onedrive will quit syncing all together. This causes a ton of issues for users who cannot access their projects and have to download them all over again and again and again. This is a huge inconvenience. Users keep having to go back to using dropbox.
Hi sscarcella. Have you tried mapping a network drive to OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online instead of using the sync client? You may find that a more reliable solution for users to work with their documents.
