Multiple Xbox Game Clips Only Partially Transfer
So I talked to a few reps earlier today & they advised that I was contacting "Microsoft Office" support rather than OneDrive support but the website said it was OneDrive support, I then told them that I had issues with transferring clips from Xbox to OneDrive & there was no error code or visible glitch. I told Doug & Kim & whoever else I talked to that I know for a fact that because of the "proof" & the visual evidence that I witnessed is that the Upload Queue clearly transferred the clips, but when I checked them on the OneDrive, they only partially transferred, leaving me with an unsuccessful transfer, bad timing.. Game clips are expiring... & I need to stop them from being deleted, I can
t do that if the OneDrive/Xbox wont allow me to properly transfer my game clips all at once or at least 10 at a time. I tried to transfer 50 at once before & only 21 successfully transferred. (& that`s without an error code) The only time I got an error code is when I tried to transfer 270 at the same time.
P.S. The agent continued to tell me that "your OneDrive is fine" even interrupting me in that manner in the chat several times.
ve already talked to Xbox Support about this & they said it was a possible network error but that clearly isnt the case, my internet is fine. I`m now in a time crunch because all of a sudden all of my clips from mid-January all the way to mid-March disappeared, which I discovered 4/5/2018 & immedi8ly reported.
Because of the urgency I tried to reach out to OneDrive support accidentally reaching..... DOUG. & so Xbox support tells me to go to Doug, Doug tells me to go to Xbox Support. I think you guys are being very unprofessional towards me & I`d love to avoid talking to Xbox/Microsoft customer support.
Your lack of accur8 & quick quality service with 100% full resolution within a fair time frame is disturbing. I
ve been handing you guys * 1 star r8iNs for some time now & I thought maybe eventually youd get the hint & hire new people or retrain people but apparently serving the gamers who share their gaming experiences is not at the top of your to do list & for us to be losing game clips at a rapid & massive r8 without warning/notific8ion just shows how unfair you guys can be.
Thank you for understanding & I apologize if this comes off as harsh but I was completely ignored & disrespected today & I spent hours talking to "Microsoft Office/OneDrive" support & Doug told me that he was talking to the OneDrive & they confirmed that it was an Xbox issue but I was sure that it wasn`t. I then L8r talked to Marvin T on Xbox Support, he then let Gabrielle (a manager) take over the conversation & she failed to help me too, she insisted that it was a OneDrive problem... Even though I told her that I was just told hours ago to talk to Xbox Support.
No more monkey in the middle please.
