Duplicates created when opening documents (iOS)
Offine-avaliable files opened while online and causes the iOS app do display a duplicate file that can not be deleted, opened or changed.
This happens every time an offline-available document is opened, edited and closed. These files can not be deleted, marked or edited in any way. Only way to remove these duplicates is to reinstall the OneDrive app, it is not solved with deleting cache.
The original can still be edited but new duplicates are created upon closing/uploading the changes. These duplicates only exist on the device (does not appear in sharepoint or other devices) and i suspect these are just representations of changes that is visible as separate files in the app. (see animated gif)
A similar issue happens when doing markups/annotations on PDF-files in "true offline" (The file is available offline, network is disabled, and file being edited). Work can be lost If the file is edited more than once in offline mode (open, edit and close, open and edit again). When network is back and the file is uploaded some of the edits has occasionally been lost. Also the duplicates generated with editing PDFs become huge as you can see on the attached picture.

This happens on Windows 10 at random intervals also. Mainly if the right mouse context menu was used to create an empty document while the sync agent is running and immediately edit the document and save. Haven't seen it in a week but it does happen randomly and persists for a few days to a week and then stops.
