Fix camera roll backup reliability for Windows Phone
Tired of not finding photos on OneDrive that are on my phone...
Hi, we are aware of a small number of customers who are having issues uploading photos from Windows Phone. The work around is to sideload your photos to your OneDrive through your PC or manually upload them through the app. This is not a widespread issue and we are working on resolving it.
wow this is really resolved if its still happening in 2017 , why would i upgrade to premium when it doesnt even work properly
Try using "cloudbacko pro software" It really gives backup at very reasonable prices. I am taking backup at many platforms. Just have a look at the software.

+1 to Chad's comment. I have taken hundreds of holiday snaps that have not been synchronised with OneDrive. My upload queue is empty, so I assume my Windows Phone (8.1) has no intention of rectifying the issue. Manually syncing my photos to OneDrive is a royal pain.
In case it is relevant, I have chosen to upload photos at their highest quality, which requires WiFi on the current version of WP.
I disagree, anyone can recreate by taking a bunch of photos and kill their Wi-Fi connection while backup is happening. I have lost hundreds of photos this way on bad hotel Wi-Fi on vacations.
A month ago all these failed photo uploads showed in my WP upload retry list.. Then they disappeared again without backing up :/
How long does it take? It has spread to me, so I hope you resolve it sooner rather than later.
