Bring parity to OneDrive and OneDrive for Business Clients
Create -one- client that can handle multiple accounts for both OneDrive and OneDrive for Business. Instead of having two clients that can only handle one account for OneDrive and one for OneDrive for Business build one client for all your accounts with feature parity (selective sync, sync shared, etc. etc.) I have one consumer OneDrive and several Office365 OneDrive for Business Accounts but there is no option to connect all accounts and sync locally.
This one slipped through the cracks – but we delivered a converged sync client last December! While we don’t have 100% feature parity, many of the most critically asked for features are available – including the ability to do Selective Sync, support removable media, sync files up to 10 GB in size (up from 2 GB), use less disk space and do it all more reliably and quickly than before. Feel free to create new suggestions (or upvote existing ones) for the next set of features you’d like to see.
BOOM! IT"S NOT DONE!!!
While it's not 100%??? It's not even hosted on the same platform!
Why can't I send a share to someone who doesn't have a OneDrive for Business and give them the ability to sync and access via File Explorer just like any other file sharing service? That would be parity.
Previewing Office 2016 - OneDrive for Business is not combined with consumer, does not have a new engine, is ridiculously buggy and excruciatingly slow.
Combine Consumer and Business, Remove file limits in both qty and size, use Consumer Engine (Support BITS) and delta change updates, ensure rock solid reliability, ability to choose folders and directories, ability to choose which are offline but also display which are in the cloud realtime/seemless.
Overall a 100% improvement on the poor implementation of a necessary function.
Well we are involved in the Office 2016 Preview which includes OneDrive for Business and it has yet to combine Consumer and Business into one product.
Further, it is ridiculously buggy and lacks performance.
OneDrive - 10 Gig sync 3 hours.
OneDrive for Business Preview - 10 Gig Sync - 3 days and only 3 Gig synced so far
Remove file limits, mirror NTFS, improve sync engine to mirror Consumer, support Delta Change only), BITS service and get it done WAY sooner than later. The absolute horrid quality of your premier business product is CRAZY BAD!
This is something MSFT needs to improve across the board. We need an effective way to manage multiple accounts/identities in Office 365, Azure, Visual Studio Online, OneDrive, etc. In fact, given all the starts and stops by MSFT with their various online properties, we also need a way to merge several accounts into one.

your first step should have been to Windows Users and Windows Phone users.

why did you bring this feature to android first????
im tired of MS thinking of WP and now Windows as second class clients now.
As a MS and windows user for my personal and business I should not even have to vote for such a feature after its been released on a competing OS.

Why is this closed? The "Completed" remark by Angus Logan has nothing to do with the UserVoice request... What this is about was: Have the same features for OneDrive and OneDrive for Business and being able to open multiple accounts from your clients. Not on Android, who cares about that -we are Windows users!-, but on Windows 7/8 and Windows Phone!
Can we consider this one as closed? From what I understood, there is no one Windows 7/8 client. And that's for me the big deal. Am I wrong?
