View (and possibly change/update) photo comments on mobile
Showing the photo comments would especially give greater value when sharing photos/folders.

Totally agree.
.
I spend alot of time uploading and captioning photo slideshows for family and friends.
To their disappointment they tell me they can't see any captions or ways to comment!I can only think they are accessing shared photos via a mobile OneDrive app.
Please allow for captions to viewed and comments enabled. Without this, there is no context to photo albums and personally I am wasting my time!

And receive a notification when someone comments a photo (mine or some photo I commented before).
On WP8, the only way to know if there was a new comment, was checking photo per photo.
