Add auto-backup of file changes on an adjustable basis
Applies to OneDrive in general rather than a client.
The biggest thing that OneDrive is really missing from my perspective is automatic backups. I recently lost due to a bug a OneNote page and there is no getting it back. Period. If OneDrive had regular backups of all differences made in files it would act as my one storage place AND my backup and storage for me would be done for good. I could have simply gotten on and reverted my notebook to yesterday's version and, bang--three months of lost work would've been back (I would've been fine exchanging it for one day's work).
If done in a smart way, the space necessary for the backups would not take much space and it could potentially even be added as a paid service--I know that I would pay for it. File History is great, but letting OneDrive do the heavy lifting is ten times better.
Currently backups are the biggest issue that I have with wanting to try updating my parents' computers: the data is just too valuable to risk losing and it just takes a lot of effort to store AND back up ~1-4 terabytes of old data. I'd love to be able to convince them to wisely select to just push it to OneDrive, know that they'll have histories saved every day, and be done. Send me an email with the happy news and you'll have an evangelist here. :)
Try using "Ahsay software" i am using this software from long time and really satisfied using this software. If you want you can certainly visit their website and have a look at the software.
