Show confirmation before deleting a large number of files/big amount of data
When syncing starts and a large number of files is about to be deleted, please have an option of presenting a confirmation dialog before deletions take place. This dialog should clearly mention something to the effect "if you proceed with syncing you are about to delete XX Gigabytes of files / YY number of files on either your local drive or on OneDrive".
This could be especially useful in various cases a user (made a mistake and) hasn't realized what would get changed after eg having stopped automatic syncing for a while, changed local syncing folders, etc.
The user could specify the file/size threshold this warning should appear (eg 5 GB or 2000 files). This would avoid situations where the user accidentally deleted everything either from OneDrive or from a local folder.
I see Microsoft did a great job updating this request, just like everything else. Once again, less than satisfactory on every level. Keep up the good work.
This would be really helpful. Especially as the "Share-Button" is exchanged automatically a few seconds (depending of your Connection and the Performance of your PC) after selecting a Folder or a File with the "Delete Button". I just accidentially deleted an important folder, just because I wanted to share it and the Share Button got replaced a few milliseconds before I clicked it with the Delete Button...
