keep control of business data -approve machines to sync to
The problem in a business environment, we have computers in the office, business laptops and windows phones. onedrive sounds great to be able to have files where ever you are. BUT there is also nothing stopping someone from going home and downloading all their (read: company) data onto their home machine. We then loose control of this data.
What would be good is, you can set a security feature that when you set up a new machine to sync to, it asks for an admin password to allow to sync to this device.
The same principal when someone tries to sync their email in 365. you approve in the portal that device to sync up for the first time.
We can then allow business devices we have control of to sync but not their home pc.
