Allow online-only file support for Mac OS X Finder
Possible to see all files on OneDrive, but they are not synchronize until they are moved out from the one drive folder or opened.
This will make it easier to use the space on OneDrive without filling the SSD.
Hi, thanks for the suggestion – for this we’d recommend using Selective Sync.
Yes! This feature would be really useful. I am currently using OneDrive Web for work with online-only files :(
Does anyone here know another cloud service client for Mac featuring a "online-only" option?

On Windows this feature works great. Now we just need it for the Mac and we'll drop box.

Great idea, I accidentally posted a new suggestion , but to build on this -
Add true Finder integration:
1. Sync Status (icon with a tick for example) for each file and folder
2. Share from Finder
3. Onedrive Online only volume, so we can open and save directly to Onedrive without the need to sync locally
I'd say that's certainly the "Killer Feature" that sets OneDrive apart from Dropbox, for example, so it would be great to find this feature on the mac.
I need this soon, my 128 gb is filling up fast
My Mac has 128GB, the OneDrive offer a lots of space, even more than what my drive has. Now I have to download the file from OneDrive, then edit it, and re-upload the file back to OneDrive. Very inconvenience, I can map the OneDrive to Windows PC without a copy of all file in my local drive, but it doesn't work on Mac.
