Mount or sync onedrive in linux
I'd love to have access to onedrive from Linux (Debian). Either as a mountable volume or syncing. Especially from the command line!
Thanks for the suggestion. Just being transparent that this is not something we’re likely to get to in the near future.
Being able to mount the drive in Linux would enable Linux users to benefit from OneDrive without Microsoft having to produce a full-blown client.
There is interest. Microsoft doesn't have to make everything, just access means and let Nautilus or Dolphin projects integrate it. There is rumor of Nautilus working on it here (http://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2017/07/nautilus-dropbox-cloud-service-integration ) but it is still at "wish list" stage.
Microsoft would gain more uses for their OneDrive service from consumers AND enterprises and give that extra reason for paying for Office 365 and other business tools. May be some gain for not much work.
are you doing it now?
Its really needed the onedrive for bussiness linux support
The best would be to have a OneDrive client for linux
