opt out folders for new tags and photos views
I'd love to be able to select folders to ignore for the new tags and photos features. Example, I have a folder full of downloaded wallpapers. Don't want that showing in tags. Or in my documents folder, I have a few images that were part of my undergraduate thesis. Don't want those showing up as part of my folders. It'd be nice to be able to set these folders (documents, wallpaper, etc.) to be ignored for these photo features.
Why on earth is this not fixed?
Almost 2018 and this issue still exists! Just linked my music library to the phone, and BAM! 5000 album art images get plopped into OneDrive photos, making the app absolutely useless! Now I have to scroll through 5000 images to get to anything prior to the album art...
And I agree with Joe's 2015 comment: All I want to see is "Camera Roll" and "Photos" in the Photos feature, not "Wallpaper" or "Documents". As a user, I should have that choice.'

Just discovered this annoyance after moving my Music directory into OneDrive.

Seriously, this is a huge issue, I'm surprised nobody else has run into this (and the exact same issue is present in the new Windows 10 app too).
