Allow incremental file sync.
Currently, when large files change even a little bit, the whole file must be reuploaded.
Changes to a file since the last sync should be uploaded instead of the entire file contents.

On a 400MB video, I change the EXIF data to add some tags and the whole thing reuploads. This type of scenario should be handled with incremental uploads. I want to retag the entire folder, but this makes it extremely difficult.

Totally agree, in our company we are having a nightmare for that reason as we work with files of 2, 3 and 4gb, specifically PowerPoint files, that is causing a lot of issues...and it's a reason we are thinking to change to Dropbox.
It's a very attractive feature to implement incremental sync. I have a Lightroom catalog file of 2GB and OneDrive has to upload the entire file every time I make a change. This file is virtually not backed-up.

An example would be an Outlook archive file. I have a 3.5 GB archive file that I would like to have backed up by OneDrive. But I can't have the entire 3.5 GB file re-uploading for a tiny change. It's not practical, so I'm keeping this file out of OneDrive right now.
I completely agree with this suggestion and it is the single reason several of my business partners won't switch from Dropbox to OneDrive. . .
