OneDrive Files On-Demand
Allow an online sync only for OneDrive, like Windows 8.1 file explorer did.
Most of PC don't have enough storage to keep files on HDD.
That will really improve productivity !

Same : I pro Microsoft... I have a windows phone, a surface pro 3 with 256 GB, and an Office365 subscription with 1 To, having 500 Gb used by photo... How can I handle 500 Gb of pictures with 256 GB.... Amazing !
Plus, it should be possible to limit the size if the local OneDrive folder. The Onedrive service should delete the content of oldest downloaded files (keeping the headers) in order to keep always a max size.
Incredible that they have never thought to that...
Migration to Windows 10 postpone for me also...

En effet, marche arrière très regrettable. bien sur il existe le problème de bande passante mais avec les métadonnées c'est parfait.

Christopher Yue? why will you include your cached Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) environment into your cloud sync or backup? I agree with the suggestion. Solutions are in place in the answers a FAQ should be updated and included in the new ONEDRIVE installation.
Option 1) folder sync specified at installation could be stopped via the task-bar feature; already in place.
Option 2) manage files using the web interface... my prefer method; syncing is just an added option for advance users. (Manual sync could be another solution)

Sync for low storage devices or built in flash drives with no upgrade features will not solve anything... keep the files in the cloud and sync with desktop whatever additional files you need. The implementation of desktop sync with onedrive stand alone program is in effect and functional; try it out.

Il suffit de jeter un œil aux commentaires pour comprendre à quel point les utilisateurs sont déçus par cette régression.
Certaines d'entre eux ne veulent tout simplement plus migrer vers Windows 10 si cela devait rester en l'état.

Il va quand mm pas télécharger 15 giga d'espace du one drive sur mon pc surtout que sa pompe la connection.
Le style de Win 8,est le meilleur.
A cause de sa n'empêche onedrive de démarrer automatiquement nullll.... -

Indispensable. Surtout vus la quantité de stockage disponible sur OneDrive comparé à une tablette ou la surface pro 3 par exemple. Et puis, il est la l'intérêt du Cloud aussi... Allez hop, on remet ça tout de suite ;).

C'est une fonction clé de One Drive. Elle représente toute une partie de l'utilité du cloud. Je n'ai "que" 200Go sur ma Surface Pro 3 et One Drive me permet de faire des échange de donné par le web entre ma machine de bureau (1To) et mon hybride.
Si je ne peut plus voir mon One Drive depuis l'explorateur sans avoir à pomper sur mes gigats, je vais devoir revoir ma façon de gérer mes donnés. J'attend pourtant beaucoup de Windows 10 (que j'ai déjà réservé). -

Le seul véritable avantage de OneDrive était d'afficher les dossiers et fichiers sans devoir tout télécharger.
Maintenant il est impossible d'accéder à ses fichiers ou d'en ajouter rapidement et simplement quand ils sont dans un dossier trop lourd pour son pc.
Il faut passer à chaque fois par le site. Certes le site est bien fait, mais c'est loonnnnnnng et compliqué pour un seul document.Quand on sait qu'avec OneDrive on peut stocké jusqu'à 2To et que les ultrabooks dépassent rarement 500go c'est simplement débile.
Résultat maintenant j'ai magnifique dossier 'transfert" sur mon OneDrive pour stocké les documents avant de les replacés dans les bons dossier via site.
BREF c'est clairement devenu la merde ......
