Multiple file download - OneDrive for business
As with One Drive stand alone you have the ability to select and download multiple files at a time.
Downloading multiple files is now available for OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint. Please make sure you have the latest experiences turned on. Thanks, everyone!

Boom! No it's Not!
See comment below mine.
You still can NOT download them in batches.
Basic feature and you can't get it right.
Select one file. Click Download. File downloads.
Select more than one file. Click Download. NOTHING HAPPENS.
Come on. This is basic functionality guys.
What happened to this feature? It was working great but seems to have gone missing now.
january 2017 and M$ figures out how to allow multiple files to be moved across the internet from one command.
good job. holding my breath for the next big breakthrough.
Download mulitple documents works fine in a SharePoint document library with the modern look, and it works fine in OneDrive for business personal folder but not in 'Files', in a o365 group.
Why can't you download directly to a mass storage device from OneDdrive? I am trying to download a folder containing other files and keep I keep getting a "flie not found" notification when I press save in my desired destination (64gb micro USB card). What is odd is this is the file name that OneDrive has automatically assigned to the zip file I am trying to download.
Thanks Douglas, this is very very helpful and wonderful news!
Thanks to the whole team involved getting this into the product and thanks for the speed in which it was done!
GREAT JOB! GREAT SATISFACTION!
how to turn on lasted experiences?
I am not able to download all the files, all I see is Copy To or Get Link
I have updated the OneDrive app and am able to download multiple files at a time, but the parachute does not appear when I select multiple folders still.... what am I missing? Thanks.

This is excellent news. I've managed to select the latest experiences within SharePoint online but I am still unable to download multiple files. Am I missing something.

I saw this when it was first announced over a week ago. I updated my IT department it quickly spread throughout the campus. Thanks again!!!

George it does support folders as well. We are on the release and I am able to both download multiple files, and/or folders. In fairness, if you attempt to download multiple files using Google Drive or Dropbox, they also zip them prior to download. I think this is pretty standard practice. Thanks all and great work again!

Thank you, this is a great help. About time onedrive had batch download.
Unfortunately, this is a little late - I already spent too much time retrieving my "stuck" files from onedrive, 20 at a time last summer. Good luck.
We've needed this so bad, users have been resorting to Icloud for photo downloads.
Thank you so much Rockstars!!!!!!
