Since OneDrive now support offline file in iOS, I hope OneDrive team can implement selecting folders for offline as well. I would be much easier to have this option instead of one my one selecting each files in the folder. Do hope OneDrive will implement this. Thank you1,285 votes
This is on our radar. Will update once we’re in coding.
With the new iPhone 6s and iOS 9, are there plans to automatically upload the mov file that is created as part of the "live photo". It would be nice to make it an option, similar to how uploading videos is an option. Thanks.865 votes
We’re looking into this. Thanks for the suggestion.

We’ll think about it. Would love to hear if other folks are interested as well.

When saving to the OneDrive app in iOS (using the Open in... feature), it would be great to be able to save to a shared folder. As of now, you can't do that. If a team is working on a series of documents, they still can't share with each other easily. They have to each create a folder shared with others and then everyone on the team has to check every folder. If there was a shared folder for the whole team with edit permissions, it would be great for them all to be able to save to that folder. Even the move files feature in the new OneDrive app doesn't pull up the shared with me folders.

Good point and we agree. We’re planning to make this much easier. There are two workarounds that I want to point you to while we look at this. The first is from within the OneDrive app — you can navigate to a shared folder and add files using the plus icon. We also just released support for SharePoint Document Libraries. If you’re using SharePoint with your team, you can save from any app to OneDrive and select these folders as the target location.

Thanks for the feedback.
To save space is the purpose of backups, so if a photo is backed up and older than X, delete it from camera roll192 votes
Great suggestion and something we’re looking into.
In my company employees often need to share files stored in their OneDrive for Business folder with external people, like suppliers and customers.
From the computer they can create a link with no sign-in required, but from the mobile app this is not possible. Because they share files from the mobile with a lot of people they often get in trouble because the recipient don't have an Microsoft account and can't open the link.
Please update the OD4B app so that it is possible to use this feature from mobile.133 votes
Thanks for the suggestion. We’re planning to bring the same kind of links you can create now through the website to our mobile apps.
Put some sort of feature that pauses a upload ( like taping the uploaded or a dedicated pause button ) some video files are to large to sit and wait for the upload to finish and some people don't have the best internet connection. So pause feature would be much appreciated.130 votes
Great suggestion. Thank you.
When using the auto upload option in the Onedrive app, all images are uploaded to the same folder, even if they were on different folders on the phone.
This results in a folder with large amount of images that is hard to maintain, and takes forever to load when opened.
I suggest creating a separate folder for each month (2016_06 for example) and sort the images to different folders by date. This will make the images more organized and will solve the issue of having a huge folder with many files.96 votes
A better IOS music player so that way I can go through my files in app while listening to music in app, also so instead of the music playing showing "onedrive" it'll show the title & the cover art if it has one93 votes

the concept is mostly about visuals. i see OneDrive as a cloud, known for it's user-friendly simple and pretty interface, feature-rich apps and powerful productive tools.76 votes
Great idea. We’re considering how we want to evolve our app design for iPads.
Zoom out on photo collection like on windows phone.
I would like to be able to zoom out to month, place, year, etc.
When you have several thousand photos it is impossible to use the app to find an old picture because it means an endless flipping.
The iphone Photos way Collections is OK. But you can do better than that.70 votes
Can you please make an option so I can back up my iPhone and iPad to onedrive so I no longer have to use iCloud.66 votes

An option to have the Camera Roll folder (or any other folders) synced between OneDrive and the phone so that any pictures deleted/moved in the Photos app gets replicated in OneDrive (and vice versa)66 votes
The app currently doesn't support the animation of Gif image files. When clicked they remain static images.
The iPhone photo fall doesn't support it either so if gifs were playable in here I'd use the app more often.59 votes
I normally use the Documents app by Readdle for PDF viewing and annotation. Now that you have added PDF markup to OneDrive (for which I thank you!) if you added vertical scrolling as an option for viewing PDF's in the settings, and if you added support for bookmarks in PDF's, I could probably abandon the use of Documents by Readdle and switch over completely to OneDrive for most of my mobile PDF needs.56 votes
1. Give an option in each file to be stored permanently on the device so that it can be viewed offline and need not to re-download it while online.Make this option as a toggle button on every file to switch between online-offline mode.
2. Then include a sorting option based on online-offline files.
3. Re-introduce the sort by 'Custom' option as earlier version.
Thanks for listening and waiting to see these features rolled out real soon.50 votes
