Tell us the account you want to use to open _vti_rpc
I am using my Office 365 version of the Outlook suite, whenever I save a file using Word/PowerPoint/Excel etc on my personal onedrive this popup appears.

I experience this issue on multiple systems, steps to replicate:
Link personal Onedrive
Link business Onedrive
Attempt to save a file to personal onedrive
Popup shows up: "Tell us the account you want to use to open _vti_rpc"
Thread has been open for 2 weeks and no solutions have been found.

me too... recent several days... it happened, but never before... really annoying
I am also having the same issue, on ALL of my devices, both with O365 and full suite installation. Its getting REALLY annoying... Please try to get this issue some attention in the MS Office development for a speedy fix.

Me, too, same problem.

Tested again with the new Monthly Channel build:
Version 1708 (Build 8431.2079 Click-to-Run)

I just upgraded to the new Monthly Channel build:
Version 1708 (Build 8431.2070 Click-to-Run)
In this build Autosave has been greyed out and set to off, so the issue no longer occurs. So while I don't get the pop up anymore functionality has been removed from the product. So it seems that the problem has been acknowledged but at the moment a workaround has been implemented. Let's hope this will be addressed in the new build.

Also the new auto save feature in Excel is annoying since I only want Excel to save when I tell it to. It auto saved a file I frequently custom sort but never want to save the result. Going back to a previous version is an annoying unnecessary step. Also, this "new" feature appears to behave differently than Word auto save.

same ANNOYING problem. Even if I "sign in" - as I FINALLY did to get rid of this annoyance -- it is continuing.
Recently it happens to me too, same issue.
recently I also got this popup whenever try to save office document, whether it is from excel, ppt or doc. I hope it can be fixed soon.
same issue. It started about a week ago. Not sure which update triggered it.
