Upload resumption in web interface

If uploading is terminated unexpectedly at 90%, it makes no sense to have to retransmit the 90% that should have been cached on the sever, especially for large files.

Unexpected upload terminations can and do occur, for example, when the user accidentally navigates away or closes the tab or window, or due to temporary network problems.

+1 .. I've been uploadig 4GB files as it's faster through web, but sometimes they fail along the way... there is a retry button even. So I click retry, but it starts from 0%. Why not resume from where it stopped, or a 1-2% lower to make sure last blocks were transfered correctly. Also, why show me resume button, why not auto-retry few times first? I'm not looking at browser windows for 2 hours while uploads last, I go on with other things... and I'd like it to just be online when I come back to it after a while.
