  1. Allow substituting a drive letter for the OneDrive for business folder(s).

    We have a database that uses drive letters for folders. Using the "subst" command will do just that, substitute a drive letter for the long OneDrive path. However, this creates the folder "System Volume Information" - a hidden, read-only system folder that crashes OneDrive every time! Make OneDrive ignore system files! Allow a drive letter substitution for the long OneDrive path!

      2. かな入力にて検索欄に共有相手のユーザー名のエイリアスを入力
      3. Tab キーを押して変換候補から半角英語のエイリアスを選択 (Enter キーは押さない)
      4. 検索欄に半角英語のエイリアスが自動で二重に入力されてしまう

        Currently removing individual app is not an option, so to restrict users from some apps, there should be an option to hide/remove unwanted apps or shows “unauthorized” when users click the restoricted apps on office 365 portal start page.

          Users see the notification dialog when malware or virus are detected on OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Online and the dialog have the button for “download”.

          For the improvement of security, we hope the feature will be implemented to allow administrators hiding the “download” button.

          • OneDrive web actually moves no more than 100-200 files

            This is a bug that has been staying for 4+ years and it really grinds my gears.

            When I select more than 100 photos and videos in "Camera Roll" folder and move them to another folder, OneDrive moves actually no more than 100-200 files, then tells wrong that it has moved all the files I selected in upper right corner.

            This bug doesn't rely on browser and subscription (I'm currently on Office 365 for Students and tried in Chrome, Opera, Firefox, Edge), but probably it's specific to my account.

            • Add Subject Line to Send Link Window When Sharing

              When sharing a file or folder, add a subject line to append the message in the "Send Link" window. There is a place for the recipient email address and an optional message, but I would like to create or append the subject of the message.

              • Files On-Demand status icons not working correctly

                The Files On-Demand syncing seems to be working correctly, but the status icons displayed are often inaccurate.

                Most often it will show 'Sync pending' when OneDrive in the notification area says it's 'Up to date', even when every file/folder inside that folder is showing the same status.

                Another instance is the status will show as 'Available on this device', but right-clicking the folder will correctly show a check mark next to 'Always keep on this device' on the right-click menu.

                Lastly, I'm not sure if this is intended, but I set one folder as 'Always keep on this device' and…

                  Provide the ability for OneDrive Administrators to flag a folder in individual users cloud based OneDrive for Business libraries as “un-shareable” (protected) so that the end user would have to move the file to another folder before they could share it. This would enable our users to put sensitive (private) files on their OneDrive for Business without the worry if accidentally sharing it.

                    • Please stop automatically creating folders (like attachments, pictures, documents) in my OneDrive.

                      It is so annoying, every time i delete the folders, it pops up again. If i need a folder, i will make it myself. This is the only thing that keeps me from making OneDrive my top cloud storage solution.

                        When deleting a user profile via System Properties, it will fail because the OneDrive - BusinessName folder can't be deleted. You then must manually delete the user profile folder. Update the logic behind the native profile deletion via Advance System Properties to compensate for the OneDrive - BusinessName folder and insure a clean profile deletion.

                          When a user is sharing files via chat on Microsoft Teams, those files are stored on the space of shared user’s OneDrive for Business but if the user share files multiple times, the space will be consumed without being notified.

                          To prevent having this situation, we would like to set in advance the maximum space for storing shared files on OneDrive for Business.

                            OneDrive 管理センターから、指定したドメインの外部ユーザーに対して共有を禁止したところ、一部の外部ユーザーに対して共有メールが送信されてしまう。
                            新規の外部ユーザーに対しては、共有時に共有が禁止されているというメッセージが表示され、共有メール自体が相手に送信されない動作となるが、過去に共有された既存の外部ユーザーに対しては、エラーなく共有メールが送信される。
                            送信された共有メールからはアクセスができず、共有が禁止されていることは確認できるが、共有メールが送信されないよう改善して欲しい。

                                      ​・ 多数のユーザーに対してライセンスを一括して付与したところ、GUI 上はライセンスが付与されていたにもかかわらず、OneDrive for Business の利用が開始できない事象が発生した
                                      →調査の結果、ライセンスが GUI 上では問題なく見えたが、実は正常に付与されておらず、ライセンスの付与し直しで事象が改善した。

                                      ・ 来年も多くの学生の入学が見込まれるため、同様の事象が起きないよう原因調査と再発防止策の実施を求めたが、原因調査はできないとの回答で、ユーザー側で可能な事象の回避策を教えてもらった。(個人用サイトを事前にプロビジョニングし、個人用サイト一覧を取得して、もし個人用サイトが作成されていないユーザーが多数いるようであれば問い合わせ、との回避策)。

                                      ・ このような事象が発生すると、せっかく教育機関向けに特殊な契約で Office 365 を提供していても、Microsoft の信頼を逆に落とすことになる。
                                      →このような事象が発生しないよう、ライセンス付与が一括で正常にできるようにしてほしい。​​
