Add the option to change file display settings - show date modified
The date listed for displaying files on Android is date created. This works for photos, but is unhelpful for files that are continually being updated. I suggest adding the option to change the date displayed to date modified rather than date created.

When will Microsoft implement this? It's such a fundamental feature of a platform where files are shared between devices. Windows always shows Modified Date by default in File Explorer, so why doesn't the OneDrive Android app do the same? I initially thought that sync wasn't working until I realised that it was showing the creation date.
On both iOS and Android, the OneDrive app shows the wrong modified date, so this is a bug and not absence of feature. The File Explorer and Web views are correct. I sent detailed screenshots to Puja Kumari, please refer to him for a detailed example. Currently the OneDrive app on iOS and Android is practically unusable, as all files are listed with their "upload to cloud" date, hence impossible to view the most recent ones.

On Windows you always sort by newest file.
(and that means modified, not created)
Should be available as an option you can set.

I think the date modified is more important than date created.

This is a no brainer. because only the date created is shown I had not realised that sync was broken on my phone.

Android behaviour is also inconsistent with Windows Mobile which sorts by date modified.
I never knew Microsoft gives so much importance to suggestions from small users like me. Thank you so much!
