My account is disabled, reason space utilised to full capacity. On checking I found 90 % of these were kunk files (forwards) from whatsapp.y requirement is just to keep the camera clicks / vdo shot on the personal camera. Trying to delete the junk files , but you have disallowed that. My request is allow me to delete the junk & continue to use my account. Thanks & Regards
