Android 端末で Facebook アプリ上の OneDrive 共有リンクの動画ファイルをダウンロードできない。

Android 端末で Facebook アプリにて Onedrive の動画ファイルの共有リンクを貼って投稿します。そのリンクをタップすると映像の一覧は表示されて、ストリーミングで内容を見ることが可能です。
通常は長押しタップすると動画ファイルのダウンロードができますが、ある日突然ダウンロードしようとする際に Google Chrome ブラウザーが開き、 Microsoft アカウントへのログイン画面が表示され、動画ファイルをダウンロードできない状態にあります。早急に事象の改善を希望します。
