Copy files on mobile (Onedrive for iOS)
Please add the option to copy (not just move) files or folders to the onedrive App for iOS.
Would be great and should not be a big deal to implement.
same. just found out that such function, simple function has been missed.

Looking online for a way to copy files in the app and am stunned to find Microsoft have not included such a fundamental function.
Absolutely ridiculous that Microsoft didn’t implement yet the feature of Copy Files AND FOLDERS inside OneDrive for iPhone
I found myself doing this over and over again a lot of times
I’m spending a lot of hours doing this.
And yes, I know, I can do it in the PC and synchronize the account but unfortunately that’s not a possibility for me at this time
Copy Files And Folders should be a feature of OneDrive for iPhone, is a feature so old that we can go back to the MS-DOS and have it.
So, why not????
Microsoft, please, thanks
CMON AND IMPLEMENT THIS FAST!!!!! WE ALL NEED THIS
OneDrive lacks a copy/paste and a duplicate file option. Please introduce it in the next update
Cant copy files within onedrive using onedrive App!!!??
Kindly add the copy function
Cannot copy a simple pdf file back to onedrive. The only option it gives me is to share it back to onedrive and then it generates a .txt file with a sharepoint link, ridiculous. This functionality works within the word app, allowing you to share a file back into onedrive however it is not native to the onedrive app itself which is silly considering its supposed to be a file management software. Unusable in its current state for any business wanting to put its mobile sales/tech team on the platform.
100% agree. Having to download and re-upload is a major endeavor... can’t believe I can’t add copies for my specific salemen with haveing to jump through all these hoops😳
There is no ability to just simply copy an image from within the iOS OneDrive app. You can save the file or copy a link, but not the image. Why??? I don’t want to send anyone a link, and I don’t want to save a duplicate copy of an image to my phone.

I completely agree. This is a basic feature and I can't believe it has not yet been added.

The fact that we can't copy and paste entire folders AND files is beyond idiotic. PUT IT IN NOW! Seriously.
I keep a blank PDF form in a folder on my one drive if I open the form and fill it out it gets automatically saved and I have to go to my boss and get him to email me a new blank form. Please give me an option to turn off auto save in one drive as well give me an option so that I might copy the file and fill out the duplicate and save that one so I always have a blank copy in my folder. I expect one Drive file system to work the same on my PC as it does on my phone I should have all features like copy paste cut etc. etc. I still feel that iOS app gives you an incomplete version of file system functionality on a full-size PC
Copy & paste files. Cannot duplicate anything through iOS at the moment
It would be great if we can copy and paste files - currently we can only move files across folders. Thanks
Please provide the ability to copy/duplicate files in the app.
Absolutely ridiculous that Microsoft hasn’t included this very basic functionality. I honestly think they leave these basic features out of the iOS apps to make it painful for Apple users. It’s ridiculous.

I agree, my company can't move to Onedrive For Business until the mobile app supports moving or copying files from personal onedrive to a Shared Onedrived or SharePoint document Library. Currently we use ShareFile that has this functionality.
I have over 3000 users on ShareFile, and can't move to Office365 Onedrive until they have this Capability.
Today, they take a picture or work on a document, then move or copy the File to a Shared Folder that has a AD group assigned, or has a distribution group with Partners assigned.
THIS FEATURE IS A MUST TO COMPETE WITH DROPBOX OR SHAREFILE OR BOX!
Excatly what I need also. It is ridiculouos that we have just option to move files and not to copy them. Application is not complete without this function beacause I have to use browser frequently to do this.
It would be awesome if I could copy files and folders to other folders, just like in the web portal of OneDrive.
Ability to execute or simply cute?
