Only sync the changes instead of the entire doc, this will speedup the sync greatly. and you dont need to wait for a long time for onedrive to finish the sync. if you have a file that is 50mb and you a normal internet speed, good luck. you will need to wait lots of times until onedrive finish sync.

some other companies has already done this and the sync only takes seconds.
