While the shortcut works from a browser and PC, the "add shortcut to my OneDrive" didn't work on the mobile app. This happens to both Androids and iOS devices.
It shows "The folder is empty" while clearly, it's not. After sign out and back in. the message shows "This shortcut no longer works" but it does work if accessed from the website.

Please advise what's the cause of it. Is it the size of the folder?
