Office Lens: Add tags when uploading to OneDrive
Make it possible to add tags to documents scanned in Office Lens before they are uploaded to One Drive.
At present you first upload the document to One Drive. Then you have to open One Drive and add tags. Not intuitive, slow and requires a lot of clicks.

The best competing scan apps like CamScanner and ScanBot have tags. This would be a wonderful addition. I can not only relay on the OCR, because all of my scans does not contain info that make me able to separate them later. And we're taking about hundreds of documents over some years. You need a way to easily find receipts for business expenses, important loan documents, tax papers and so on without going through them all.
