sync any folder to onedrive
so, i am trying to backup itunes to onecloud without screwing up my itunes config - would be soooo much easier if i could just right click a folder, anywhere in Windows, and click to "Send to OneDrive" - for example.... then a blue arrow circle telling me that folder is backed up to onedrive...
I agree that this should be supported. I keep my Documents folder on a different partition, When I first tested OneDrive, I enabled backup of the Documents folder and was rather surprised that OneDrive tried to move my Documents folder under OneDrive - unsuccessfully, but in the process exhausted all space in the OneDrive folder partition. I have been using https://rclone.org to get around this issue.
Totally agree it is amazing to have a 1tb of storage and can not use it because my disk is 300gb main and I have another 500gb.usaba another service where you could share any folder I passed to onedrive thinking that it could be done This without problems
Very frustrating that this functionality is not included in OneDrive
I was trying to figure out how to do something similar - backup my 43 GB of photos without moving them over to the OneDrive folder, which would break every link in my Lightroom catalog and leave me without a local/master copy for safekeeping. Very frustrating that this functionality isn't included in OneDrive. I have plenty of storage but can't use it for what I actually need.
