Un-sync OneDrive folders should not need to go to Recycle Bin
In Windows 10, when deselecting folders (of course, I would like the file-by-file option back, as suggested countless times in this section), the now unsync'ed folder(s) should not need to be placed in the Recycle Bin but fully deleted. (I would presume that all its contents have been already placed and updated in the cloud first!)
I often need to unsync to clear up storage space, and moving to the Recycle Bin of course will not clear up needed drive storage.
But the files should NOT be deleted at all! I just don't want them to be synced anymore. This is a huge difference!
After all the Option says "Only synchronise the following folders" (free translation from German Version). There is NO mention that the folders are going to be deleted!
After un-syncing you can always go to the folder and then delete the folder with Shift + delete which will bypass the Recycle bin when deleting. (Maybe MS should allow a right click on the folder list and allow for "Open folder in Explorer" which would also help in other matters)
If above suggestion is high in demand, give an option (Or 3 rows of checkboxes?). This would suit everybody:
- Stop sync
- Stop sync and remove data from PC
- Remove data from PC and Online (BIG WARNING BEFORE YOU DO THAT)
