How can we improve the OneDrive experience on Windows?

Ability to Suspend Uploads for a Period of Time to Assist with Poor Internet Speeds

Here in Australia, we have horrible internet speeds. It would be great to be able to suspend uploads for an hour, a day or indefinitely because ADSL speeds just don't allow us to do many things at once.
