More Information in the Activity Center while "Processing Changes"
On my Windows 10 computer, OneDrive (Personal) periodically reads through my OneDrive files and checks my local copies against the copies in the cloud. This is understandable. However, when you have several hundred-thousand files, this can take a long time. In my case, this can take anywhere from an hour to several hours.
Once OneDrive starts to upload and download the changes, the new implementation of the Activity Center includes information on the status. That is a very nice feature. The problem is that there is no information during the "Processing Changes" step. (See the attached screenshot.)
For you on the OneDrive team, here's a new story for the backlog:
"As a OneDrive Personal user, I'd like to see the following information during the 'Processing Changes' activity so I can understand what is being processed and anticipate when it will be done."
Processing Changes Details:
- Message: "Verifying your local OneDrive files with the cloud."
- Info: "Processing ###,### files of ###,### total."
- Info: "This step should be complete in <Hrs, Min>."
Thanks and keep up the good work!
