allow users to choose where the local storage location of the OneDrive Cache is stored.
My Surface has a small SSD. I would like to be able to move the OneDrive Cache to my always installed SDCard. I think this would be a great feature and just makes sense. It's my data, why hide it from me and not give me control of where it gets stored on my device.

I have just been informed that that OneDrive does not have the ability to choose where the OneDrive backup cache is stored, it stores the cache on the root drive (C drive). Even if you move the actual files to another drive partition (i.e. D drive).
This is a serious issue, as if your root drive is small it will not be able to cope with the growth over time, as the backup cache grows, and it will limit what sort of device you can use.
This only applies if you want to store your files locally as well as in the Cloud, as most people who travel may not be able to connect to the internet all the time.
Please, if this could be addressed, I think a lot of users would appreciate this option.
