Make OneDrive Known Folder Move user based instead of machine based.
Since OneDrive is user oriented it makes more sense to be able to set certain GPO settings on a user level. One of these settings would be Known Folder Move (KFM). Currently the settings for KFM are set in HKLM\Software\Policies\OneDrive.
This makes it almost impossible to make this setting apply to users that don't have an existing folder redirection GPO in place (since the setting is set for the machine, and not the user).
In our environment we want to apply the KFM folder setting to users that don't have an existing folder redirection to their home-drive.
In our environment, for the roll out, this would really help enable users that are migrated and not enable users that are still waiting to be migrated, both of whom have to share the same devices across the enterprise, like conference room machines.
Would also like to add per user.

We also have a problem with the computer-based setting in our environment. We have two groups of users, the folders of the first group should be redirected, the folders of the second group should not be redirected. Members of these groups share a computer from time to time, so we need a user-based policy to keep the redirection separate.

The language on this request should probably be updated to be "user based in addition to machine based". There are many environments (such as my own) where the admin would much rather manage this at the machine level than the user level, but I could definitely see times where we might need to override a setting at the user level - so this could be useful.
