Choose additional folders to automatically backup
I love the feature that backs up my Windows Libraries! Can you add the ability to include the Downloads, Music, and Videos folders in the backup? Also, the ability to select which of the six folders (i.e. Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, and Videos) would be great.

Good suggestion above. The root of the OneDrive is missing some preset folders that should be created automatically to sync other types of data. OneDrive needs to have a Downloads, Favorites, Music and Videos folders to sync those types of files to OneDrive. Please thoroughly read on my suggestion below:
Please can you kindly ask the OneDrive Development Team to add a Downloads folder to the root of OneDrive. That folder must be included for users who signs in for new OneDrive accounts as well as existing OneDrive users. Please make that request available for free basic and paid OneDrive users. Other folders like Documents, Pictures, Videos, Favorites must be added to OneDrive. Each individual OneDrive root folder must have its own folder icon. In addition to have, certain file types needs to be saved to the correct folder by default. For example, a Word document needs to be saved to the Documents folder by default. A program download will need to be saved to the Downloads folder in your OneDrive. Music files like .mp3 needs to be stored in the Music folder in your OneDrive. The same thing goes for Videos and all other files that must be saved by default to their proper corresponding folder. That will also help OneDrive users keep everything much more organized.
I want to back up my small business data. But it is impossible now.
