Solution for "You may be experiencing a temporary sync delay due to high service activity"
Please provide information about what the user or IT team can do to address high service activity.
The preference is to never have this block in our workflow. When it happens, it's not known how we can take action to mitigate it.

We have this problem with a single client and it is continuous every week.
Need to understand with 100% certainty, what is causing the error, and as stated, what can be done to mitigate the issue.
Example of what normally causes fault: User moves zip to SharePoint site (synced via file explorer) and extracts contents in the same location. The PDF's are around 8-2MB in size (15mb is the limit) and then they don't sync, then stop all other files from syncing and then the user starts to loose data because of this.
I can't advise on what can be done as there is no knowledge base on what causes it
