Filenames with a dot [.] symbol prefix
Without this syncing the following is impossible:
- git repos
- git bash config files
- WSL config files
Consider enabling OneDrive to accept files beginning with a dot/period "." many applications create config files with leading dots, particularly cross-platform or ports of unix tools.
When trying to upload them OneDrive says “OneDrive file names can't start or end with '.' (dot) symbol”. It does however, accept folders that begin with a dot symbol [?] Windows Explorer has handled both quite happily ever since the old file naming conventions were relaxed..
