Many users need to keep sensitive documents off of someone else's controlled Cloud storage. There needds to be a option to turn One Drive OFF. I do not want my documents stored anywhere other than my own external hard drive. I don't require synching, Cloud storage or "back up copies" for 60 days in the cloud. I have used external HD's for 40 years which allow me total control of my materials, eliminates virus issues and allows positive back up not requiring internet connections. Plus I can create and work on documents off-line as well as access programs without being on-line.. Microsoft is liable if documents are lost in their storage system, anticipate lawsuits. One Drive renders my five Windows 10 machines useless because it does not meet simple security standards.
