Better handling of sync collisions
Currently, when OneDrive cant sync a file from my PC because both the server version and the local version have been changed, OneDrive creates a duplicate file with the computer name appended.
OneDrive doesnt notify me at all that there was a sync error. It just creates these duplicates, sometimes for hundreds of files, fills up my storage and I have to sort our manually when I notice that suddenly my storage is low.
If there is a file collision, the OneDrive sync client should ask me wether to keep the server version or the local version. If there are multiple issues, I should be able to answer them all at once.

Clarification: OneNote should not stop sync and wait for user prompt., lest sync be paused indefinitely awaiting user response. Better to notify user of collision then offer user options such as "keep version A," or "keep latest version" with follow up prompt to "apply this response to all files. There should also be an option to for "compare notes side by side," in which case there could be two levels for depth of inspection: one where there is a side by side display of the note properties (such as the *.ONE file properties and an option to choose which to keep; a second where the collided pages are opened in One Note for inspection similar to the present handling of conflicting pages, or better yet, Open for blackline comparison like MS Word file compare (I wouldn't even care if you took me into Word to do this work so you guys could use the same engine rather than over bloat OneNote.

Many times the collision is not even real, I just save a file, keep working in it and after a while office shows a message saying "there is a newer file online", but I'm the only one working in this file!!!
so it suggest to save a copy or overwrite, over and over and over.
i am having this problem too. i was wondering why the file is always making a duplicate file and further
This is a problem for me. I have links between files, and if a local file has been renamed, the link opens the "server" version file, wich is older than the local (i´m working exclusively local).
Should notify at least when this occurs.
