Sharing files with Mac users
My business has both Windows and Mac users and the Mac users are unable to sync locally the shared business files - only their own personal files. It's made collaboration using OneDrive almost unusable. It seems the same thing happens with OneDrive for business on the iPhone - my users can't see the shared folders. Nightmare. Please fix these issues.
Yes agree its a nightmare - am moving to DropBox again to fix the issue and set up synced local shared files so we can all work of the latest versions and easily access.

In our firm, we have one main user account on Office 365 that has folders and files that we share with other Office 365 users. We have three PCs and two Macs that we would like to sync these folders and files locally and continuously. We are able to accomplish this with the three PCs, but no luck with the two Macs. The work around that we are currently using is to have the users on the Macs go on a browser and sign into their Office 365 account, then either make changes to the files/folders online or download the files, work on them, and upload them when finished. There is also a good amount of organizing to be done with renaming files/folders and moving/deleting the files/folders. It would save a lot of time and give peace of mind (i.e., not worrying if the user remembered to upload the updated file when done) if the Mac users could accomplish these tasks and other tasks with having the sync setup locally and continuously.
Yes, Please merge! This is a major issue and many people are calling for a fix. Thank you.
