I know this was turned down before but there are enterprise customers who aren't ready to move SharePoint to the cloud that still need sync support. Especially since WebDAV has very limited functionality and adding SharePoint as a place has to be done per-app on the Mac.

Getting the following error while trying to sync Sharepoint online document library:

“Sorry, we can’t add your “” folder right now. Please try again.

Have tried every solution posted on the web that includes running terminal commands, installing stand alone clients, reseting the settings, removing spaces from site urls.

Some folders that have never been synced before, seem to sync. Folders that have issue are the ones that were syncing a few months ago and all of sudden stopped working. No changes to sharepoint sites have been made that would justify the break.

Read online a fix is coming in April this year, but seems like the issue is still present and its almost mid July.

Cant really use sharepoint libraries without proper synching. Also seems like many other users are plagued by this issue since forever also. Why doesn’t Microsoft provide a solution to this or provide a workaround that works.

Why is this taking so long to come to macOS? It's a big limitation for macOS users. Just like the online locations save dialogs.

We need to get an organization off of Dropbox and onto Office 365 SharePoint. Half of the users have Macs and this limitation of the preview Mac client is a show-stopper.

We have the same issue. The current MAC sync client is useless to us without this feature. I naturally assumed the MAC Sync client would do this when released as the Windows version does.

They declined the similar idea, maybe they'll realize that was short-sighted if people vote for this one now. We don't need OneDrive "for business" to sync personal files, we need it to sync *business* files, and THOSE ARE ON SHAREPOINT.
