Real time monitoring in Mac client
It would be really nice and "helpful" to see a list of file changes or some kind of past activity in mac client. For instance, clicking dropbox icon on the menubar shows a list of recently changed items. It would be nice to have a similar thing.
Also, It would be really nice to have more finder integration with Onedrive.
Thanks

Support EL CAPiTAN - get serious, or abandon this application!
Make it work! Lots of potential utility, but zero value if it won't function at all...

Finder overlay
OneDrive update speaks of "finder overlay". No where is this new functionality explained !!! Have searched this site, Microsoft site and users sites.
Have gone to System preferences, extensions and checked "OneDrive Finder Integration" - No mention of "overlays". No detectable change in osx functionality.......2 votes -

Allow me to "Sign in with your organisational account".
The other Office apps now forward me on from the initial login screen where I input my work email address to the organisation's login screen where I can input my password. OneDrive still seems to only support microsoft accounts.

add a photo uploader on desktop
i am using onedrive as a backup service for all my photos. and i do not need sync all photos back to my local onedrive folder. i will review all photos directly in onedrive just like google photos.
one drive should add photo uploader feature that will able to grab all photos insider certain places or folder. eg. photos app, desktop, dcim folder etc.
the most important one today will be the Photos app in mac.
i wish all my photos inside the mac photos app will be able to sync automatically into onedrive.so i will only need to…

Allow the user to change the name of the OneDriveBusiness folder
Currently the user is only able to select the file path of where OneDrive for Business creates its folder, "OneDriveBusiness".
This is very annoying. I do not want my OneDrive for Business folder to be named that. I want my folder to be named just "OneDrive" or "Work Files" or whatever the heck I want it to be named. When I first saw the dialog to ask me "Where do you want the OneDrive folder to be located", I specified:
/Users/MYUSERNAME/OneDrive/
What I thought would happen:
1. OneDrive would create a folder called 'OneDrive' in my useraccount folder and use…1 vote -
Why do I have to re-associate the OD4B sync folder on OSX whenever login attempts fail?
Right now if authentication fails to Office 365 (example no network connection) I am prompted to re-authenticate and re-associate my OD4B folder. This will be confusing and lead to user issues in a production environment.
