Favorite folders and files
Can you add a feature to add favourite folders or files for quick access. Not like the recent folder. Like a list of bookmarks that never changes.
We’re working on a feature to flag folders and files to access later. This feature will be for commercial accounts (business) initially.
How is this not a feature yet? Seriously. MS has been "working on it" for literally a year? (last update as of this comment was July 15, 2019)
How is such a basic feature missing?
Starring a document so it is easy to find in your favorites has been in G Suite for – I can't even remember how long.
When will this be implemented?
I could not find any instructions on how to favorite a document in MS 365/SharePoint.
Soo... Dropbox is seriously outpacing in collaboration. Like, it's 2020 now. Neither OneDrive NOR OneDrive for Business have this. We need to be able to - if not label - at least star files. I'm so annoyed I have to use dropbox whenever I want to collaborate in a file folder.

Working from home and it would be really helpful if I could have favorites or quick access folders like I do on my desktop at work for my frequently used folders.

I was about to switch over to OneDrive from Dropbox. No favorites I’ll just continue to subscribe to Dropbox. I can’t see myself paying for a feature that every other company added years ago, yet Microsoft is still claiming they are working on it.

Let's go Microsoft! It's approaching one year since you said you were working on this.
that would be helpful!
we need it
Been working with OneDrive since the virus lockdown and this is the #1 feature it's missing.
Exactly, this would making the daily routines with OneDrive a lot easier!
Why not add it to personal paid accounts as well? Your competitors do this. Why is this an after-thought????

Could you make a feature to star favorite documents etc. to easily find favorite items.

We need it!
It is a pain to repeatedly navigate to commonly used folders that are located deep in folder hierarchy. There should be a Quick Access tab with files and folders that have been pinned.
Please add this feature before I loose clients to other platforms because SharePoint does not have the ability to mark/bookmark/favorite items to be viewed by others in the organization!

We can neither create favorites or shortcuts in OneDrive. This makes its resemblance to the Windows file structure that we're used to superficial and plain misleading. I have to either drill down to find document folders I use frequently, or redesign my filling system completely.

When will this feature be done????
The current version of the OneDrive app for IOS does not allow folders to be marked as favorites. What's the point of having access to files if you cannot organize them in this way? It is a gaping flaw and one that has us considering other file sharing options for our users.
are you still working on that? give me access to finish it.. you are so slow

Yes please, I can't imagine that this is hard to implement? It would make my life so much easier.
I'm going trough my wedding pictures and I don't want to force my friends to watch every single photo every time they ask to see some pictures from the event. I'm now going through the process of actually copying every photo into a new folder just to be able to show them.
In the old Picasa program that Google bought this was a easy feature and could even make a screen saver easily just using stared (Favorited) pictures. Tech has surely advanced since then, so why do I sometimes feel like we are going backwards in usability
