Sync on A Schedule
Hi,
I would like to have an option set up my One Drive to sync on A schedule,
Like it should not sync on business hours something like this,
Is it possible?
Thanks Joe

OneDrive scheduled syncing feature will be a great addition.

The first thing I have to do every day is pause updates for 8-hours, it's extremely tiring. Please don't sync during business hours!

This would be a great feature as I am always getting slowed down during business hours because of syncing

Create a Scheduled Task with this command:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exeTo stop the syncing process creat another scheduled task to kill OneDrive.exe with this command and arguments:
TASK: Taskkill
ARGS: /im OneDrive.exe /F -

I'd prefer One drive to sync. each time I put my laptop on charge, similarly with Microsoft updates in general too please. Ipad and iPhone do this why not Microsoft??

See my suggestion for a workaround at: https://onedrive.uservoice.com/forums/262982-onedrive/suggestions/6798185-sync-scheduler

Using one drive personal I un-clicked the "start one drive automatically when I sign into windows". I did this because my data was on a "bit-locked" partion. Once computer was up and running I would then click on "onedrive" and the sync would start manually. Since I upgraded to one drive for business I am unable to manually click the "onedrive" icon without it asking me for a library URL. Since upgrade I have to log into the One drive portal and click the sync unfortunately.
